These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and the services provided by BICRM Consulting Services South Africa Pty Ltd t/a BICRM Foods and Feeds (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of South Africa, Gauteng province, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
